In this MUTTS comic, Mooch and Earl are looking at a painted turtle on a rock. Mooch asks, “Where does a painted turtle live?” As the turtle retreats into its shell, Earl replies, “Well… his shell is kind of a home.” Mooch replies, “Oh… So it’s house paint.”
