This “Comic Cons” strip features MUTTS character Mooch as classic Marvel Comics character Black Panther. In the cartoon Mooch the cat, dressed in a Black Panther suit, pounces onto the head of his friend Earl, the dog. Still perched on Earl’s head, Mooch leans forward and proclaims, “Wakanda forever!”
