This colorful MUTTS comic strip, titled “The Little Kat King,” pays homage to Otto Soglow’s classic comic strip “The Little King.” It shows Mooch the cat walking around in a robe and crown, being served by his doting guardians Millie and Frank. In the final panel he says, “Cats rule.”
