1996 Promotional Booklet Collectible
In 1996, two years after MUTTS’ debut, King Features distributed this promotional booklet to newspaper editors to garner even more interest in the strip.
This booklet measures 14.25″ x 5.25″ and includes 12 one-sided pages. The first two pages include quotes from Charles Schulz (Peanuts) and Matt Groening (The Simpsons), a note from Patrick, and spot images of MUTTS characters. The following 10 pages feature a mix of color and black-and-white MUTTS comic strips.
