In this colorful MUTTS strip, Mooch and Earl are peeking out from behind an ice cream stand on the beach boardwalk. Earl begins barking at a man carrying an ice cream cone, startling him and making him drop his cone. Earl then whimpers apologetically as the man pats his head saying, “Oh, it’s okay, fella … Accidents happen.” With the man now out of sight, Earl and Mooch begin eating the dropped ice cream cone. Mooch says, “Yesh, four times so far today.”
